Sent a 25f roll with no tape, unraveled and the HTV detached from the backing making it unusable

At first they didn't even bother to staple the roll together to hold it together to be kept in 1 location so it cannot be used on a computer that provides htv. The vinyl also separates from the backing at the same point around the roll. The witch doesn't give me enough to do my job. I can't even do a return/refund until they return it as it would cost me my job. Worst of all I ordered 2 other colors which I know will have to be cancelled. Thank you for sending such a bad product, especially the htv vinyl. If you have a product to sell, at least take the time to learn about it
