I bought this item on 09/29/2019. It started to work normally and met all my expectations. However, after about 2 months it turned on and only ran at the lowest speed for a few minutes no matter what setting was on. Once it was "warmed up" it worked fine, switching between all 6 settings. More recently, he didn't turn on at all, although he tried. It seems that the motor is somehow stuck or blocked. Have tried to contact the company to discuss whether a repair is possible, but so far without success. Mechanical things break or can be defective, but I'm more worried about the company behind their products and their customers.
