I placed an order for a smartphone, but the business does not offer courier service; instead, I must pick it up myself (despite the store's claim on Ya. Market that it does offer delivery). The address listed on the website is as uncomplicated as a rake: Ligovsky pr., 50, letter O. However, the store is located on a massive property with buildings of old warehouses, which today house more than 1600 organizations. No, there are a lot of buildings, but none of them have identifying signs. We got there, found a parking spot, and walked over. It's unclear what direction to proceed in because there are no signs and the GPS has been disabled. I had to call the shop to ask where they were located. After ignoring my leading questions, the woman on the other end of the line started scolding me in a very displeased tone. After realizing there was no use in continuing, I disconnected. With the help of random bystanders, she made her way to the shop. There are three persons in the shop, and one of them is the same woman. While she was taking my order, I overheard her reprimand another client who had the misfortune of calling this store. The smartphone is brand new, still in its original packaging, and the cheque has been cashed. A small annoyance in the grand scheme of things, but I have no desire to purchase here again.
