wobbles, doesn't hold position

My Pixel 3XL doesn't work. Bounces heavily during normal use (every touch). Doesn't hold height or angle as the weight of a regular smartphone forces it to fully expand. It adds up, but there's nothing more to recommend. In general, it feels like the design hasn't been tested at all. Keep searching.
