So my teeth are chalky and I know I have mineral depletion after having 2 kids in a row. And I haven't taken good care of my teeth for years. I decided to give it a try and it's not that bad afterwards. My teeth don't appear chalky, which was my goal. Taste good, that's it. You definitely don't need a slot. My new dental care consists of a nano-soft toothbrush with this material. Then I add a special white coconut oil toothpaste. Then rinse your mouth with mouthwash. My teeth feel better and less sensitive and I hope my gums don't recede anymore. Everything feels better, but time will tell. I will order more.
