The Large size is not that big. I was confused with the reviews because no one really specified their waist size and if the size they chose fit. Also, if it's too big for you, you can adjust the fit. I had to stretch the material a lot to get it around my waist, which is a little over 47 inches. But once I got it stretched it fit better as I adjusted. I also suffer from sciatica pain, I know it's cause my pooch is weighing me down and hurts my back. (So this trainer will help a lot. I started working out slow too.) This product does what it's advertised, it does make you sweat, like right away. I hope wearing it daily will help. I also bought that fat burning cream.it smells like a muscle ointment, but it feels nice and a little goes a long way. I'm excited for my fitness journey.
