The Large size is not that big. I was confused with the reviews because no one really specified their waist size and if the size they chose fit. Also, if it's too big for you, you can adjust the fit. I'm glad I went with my gut, no pun intended, and got the large size, cause the medium would probably be too tight. I had to stretch the material a lot to get it around my waist, which is a little over 47 inches. But once I got it stretched it fit better as I adjusted. I also suffer from sciatica…

My waist trimmer is already coming apart at one of the seams and it's only been a few weeks. It's really comfortable, but the durability is questionable. The seller was reasonable to deal with and supported the WIN.MAX Belt with a replacement. I recommend dealing with this seller because they take care of the customer. New belt is much better than the original and works great!

I use it for my back pain and support it does help me some times I don’t fell like have it on also for work out It may not provide enough support for people with weak abdominal muscles!

I have 2 other waist trimmers so i can give this a good review. I've worn it twice so far. I wear this when i go hiking or go bike riding. first off it goes on a lot snugger than my other waist trimmers. The material is a lotter better quality then my other waist trimmers. It seemed to work very well. It went on easy was very snug and I sweat quite a bit. I would have to call it a very good product as advertised. I would recommend this to a friend

I have been looking for something similar to golds gyms waste belt and this by far has been the closest and even better. I like the amount of coverage in the mid section it has, and the velcro is very strong to keep it in place.

I am so in love with the product! It does what it says it does! You may not think that you are sweating but as soon as you pull it off there is so much sweat. Also, when you first put the product on you can fill the warmth of the belt so you know its gonna make you sweat.

I love this waist band. I played basketball for two hours moderately and by the time I got home the top of my shorts and underwear were drenched. This product is made well and the price is cheap for how much you get back. After I took it off my core was still hot after about 10mins so your progress gets even better from doing nothing.

Ok, I did not purchase this to use as a 'waist trimmer'.Yep, I purchased it as a 'gut strap' for when I'm running. I'm a bit overweight and this just makes everything more comfortable when out jogging or on the treadmill. Think of it as a good sports bra for the tummy.

You really sweat with this belt. Its comfortable & don't roll on your skin. Prefer to wear it on top of tank/T-shirt. That's my feedback.

This belt it work very well and i like the design of it, but around the edges of the belt it very irritate and make my stomach very itchy while doing my exercise and can't wear it long, other than that its a great belt.

I love using this when I'm working out because I end up sweating a lot. When I sweat, it motivates me to keep going. I wear it when I do cardio, zumba, ab workout, booty workout, jump roping, etc.I think that this product works effectively.

Growing up my mom used to wear one of these while working out and I would see the crazy amount of sweat she would produce after a workout. Love this belt. I had Liposuction surgery in my stomach in February and this belt provides the compression I need sometimes. I also use it during exercising and it does not disappoint. It will make you sweat.

I have owned the belt for a while and have learned how to use it properly.At first I found it hard to tighten but with practice it works exactly as advertised and is sturdy and works well.

It's not something I'd rave about but it does help you sweat a little more when working out. I started off wearing for the first couple hours while I was a work and then typically when I workout. It does what it says it should for the part but nothing spectacular. One of the questions above asked about pain relief.it offers no pain relief what so ever! Itll make your mind section more sweaty, that's about it. One really good thing I would say, is it's easy to clean after uses!

Tremendous help on the body! I recommend wearing a tank top or thin shirt before wrapping because it really gets you sweating!

I am using this from last 3 days and it definitely enhances your workout experience. Bonus is it also comes with a phone holder so if you are wanting to listen to music you dont need to worry about where to place the phone. It increases your sweat on workout which is a good thing. I had used a couple before but this seem to work better

Love this trimmer belt so far, I've been using it for about a week. I needed a new one and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on one. I only wear it while working out and it does help me sweat. It stays in place and covers my whole stomach. I will probably want to buy another one soon just to have an extra one. ☺️

Fits really comfortable. I can see how it could be used for back support as it does the job nicely. I don’t suffer back lain or injury currently so no worries there. However when I workout and run it does an amazing job getting the sweat level up. Overall it is a comfortable product that works.
