This belt it work very well and i like the design of it, but around the edges of the belt it very irritate and make my stomach very itchy while doing my exercise and can't wear it long, other than that its a great belt.

- I use this during my workouts and it keeps my back in support and helps me burn fat around my waist.
Cons
- The waist trimmer belt may cause discomfort during running or jumping exercises
