The product does what it promises BUT it's a big BUT, prepare to spend many hours of frustration installing this damn thing with your own hands because A) the instructions are worse than Chinese written manuals B) the product is poorly designed and could have been much simpler. Ultimately, it's a metal box that has to go through your floor. However, it has damn notches and protruding propellers that interfere with a smooth descent. The provided template doesn't work, discard it. Then there are those silly little foam pads that need to be used in a specific order. There is also a metal plate somewhere that goes right over the 20A socket. Oh, and all of those layers, including the top panel, have to go down together so you can screw the whole damn thing up. And finally, when you're almost done and ready to call it a win, your bolts are going to snap, and now you can't push the damn thing down any further and get stuck with a not-so-good contact seal. Also, RJ45 is not included, which may have been an oversight on my part.
