    Happy in Texas - my new review

    Beautiful curtains, look and feel very high end. This is my second order, first ordered order was a light grey the second was a taupe a little to dark so returning for beige.

    You Get What You Pay For

    These could better be described as room darkening, not blackout curtains. Which explains why it is such a good price. Got them for my son’s nursery and will be buying new ones to replace them. In the meantime, they look nice and didn’t cost so much that I’m angry they’re only 50% effective.

    Inconsistent quality

    Ok, I order 2 sets of these packs. So I order 4 panels total. 2 of them are total blackout and the other 2 are not as you can see. The sun is coming through the same amount on the whole window but only the outer 2 panels legit black out whole the other 2 morphe into a warm color that allows sun through. So the outer panels are great. If you manage to get those you're solid. Beware when ordering multiples they may be inconsistent and throw off your solid black curtain plans!

    Good quality, bad smell

    These are very blackout in the gray, its a med gray, beautiful fabric, good quality. Ive been looking for a while, bought 4 sets and sent them all back. These ,out of the package smelled funky,, like bad funky. Cant explain it,, must be a chemical they use in manufacturing, but it disapated. Ill wash them soon, just didn't want to before I saw them up. They are nice, heavy enough to drape nicely also. May buy in another color .

    heavy blackout curtains

    These are very heavyweight and do blackout the light. The only thing I didn't like was how shiny they are. I wanted something a little more organic looking. They are slicker and shinier than the pics.

    Blocks sunlight for my opinion

    Happy with my purchase for our bedroom. They weren't wrinkled, they hang nicely on the curtain rod, not thin but not heavy either. Oh and the price is great for 2 panals, we had to buy 3 sets for 2 windows ( one very large window and other is just a standard window). It's summer so they do block the sunlight and the afternoon heat. I would purchase them again for another room.

    Seem to be good curtains. Not totally light blocking, but do a pretty good job. I just put them up so I'm not sure how warm they will be in the winter, but the material feels like it is a good weight to keep the cold out. I like them!

    Nice material and the gray is neutral enough to go with many colorsI bought 4 sets. Two were not sewn correctly. I had to return.     I actually returned these curtains, but ONLY because they were more blue than I expected. Otherwise, I would have loved them. The material was much better quality than i expected.     Cost effective blackout curtains

    We live in older apartments that only provide vertical blinds, and my fiancé works the night shift. These are made of a soft and thick fabric, and the color I purchased is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. While I’m not an expert in blackout curtains, I’d say these are a minimum of 95% blackout, perhaps even 99%. Well worth it!

    Blackout curtains that work great!

    Dining room window faces east and had so much blinding light coming in each morning. These curtains when closed literally shut it all out. They are high quality fabric and I can eat breakfast without glare.

    Back in Black - my new review

    These are nice curtains. The fabric is silky soft and of good quality. They do appear to be wrinkle free (haven't washed them yet). My only grip which is minor - very minor > is that the took a while to get all the wrinkles ironed out because of the multiple folds it had to fit into the packaging. Overall an excellent black out curtain that will help in getting every bit of precious sleep :)
