Review on WebIssues by Wayne Ohlrogge

It's easy to use with all of our teams in different locations! The ability that it can track multiple projects at once makes this software ideal as well because I don't have issues about not being able see what my teammates are working if they're using their own computer/mobile device instead of mine (which has been fixed now). If you need more customization than just basic templates then there may be some additional costs involved but overall very helpful tool when used properly. We were looking into something where we could keep up easily so everyone knows who did which thing without having tons of emails back n forth or phone calls required after hours during busy periods like holiday season etc..
