It's easy to use with all of our teams in different locations! The ability that it can track multiple projects at once makes this software ideal as well because I don't have issues about not being able see what my teammates are working if they're using their own computer/mobile device instead of mine (which has been fixed now). I like that it works well with JIRA to have multiple views of issues - so you can be looking at one view but see what another user has done about them in their own area if they are working from there aswell! It's not perfect yet (it seems we need more features), however this does work very nicely when used correctly!!
