Review on WebIssues by Chris Chincuanco

I like that it works well with JIRA to have multiple views of issues - so you can be looking at one view but see what another user has done about them in their own area if they are working from there aswell! It's not perfect yet (it seems we need more features), however this does work very nicely when used correctly!! We use webissues primarily within our agile sprints where everyone needs access into each other progress & status etc., which then integrates perfectly back out onto jira via redmine or even just emailing someone directly through your account page itself rather than having 3 different places/tools required all around! Very useful tool especially once implemented properly / configured how its intended too!! Definitely give some time before jumping straight away though :) Have been using now since early last year mainly because was recommended by colleagues who had tried previously without success due to lack off functionality available elsewhere eg custom fields being limited compared t others tools such us Asana et.
