1st was DOA. The power supply is fine. The amp is bricked up. Send it back and order another one. That's exactly what I need for my application. 2nd: It turns on and searching for the output level meter doesn't seem to work. Update: They light up when the amp is cranked up to about 80% or more. Useful for detecting audio clipping (red LED on). So my experience with this item went from 1 star to 4. Would give him a 5 for a better price. I use this to work around a very bad and inconsistent CODEC design with computer sound. Most sources will not drive my subwoofer when the subwoofer is used on a sound card. So two channels in from the A/V switch from two sources and then out to the LR speaker and another to the subwoofer. When everything is balanced, it works great. Recommended for such problems.
