This is a reliable stand toaster. We have a tiny kitchen and this was the only toaster that fit in our space. The timer and heat controls work well, and the stainless and black materials go well with the rest of the kitchen appliances. We love that we don't have to fire up a large oven (which we also need to empty from storage (yes, our kitchen is so small) when we have a small tray, skillet, crumb tray, sliding stand, and cookie sheet are all well made. Overall great value for money.
