Not impressed. We bought it for both the protection and the comfort. Comfort is good, but you can also sleep on a bare mattress as that gives all the protection. That makes this protector useless in my opinion. Our dog threw up on our bed and the area of our mattress under that mattress pad was damp. There was very little vomiting and we immediately removed all the sheets from the bed after vomiting. Very bad job saving anything. I understand it's waterproof, not waterproof, but there was very little resistance when the mattress underneath was wet. To be honest, this is quite comparable to a regular stretch sheet in terms of protection. I expected more from this product for the price. It was a huge waste of money.
