Itchy on my neck - Necklaces

Very pretty, looks great like real gold but after a few days my neck was itchy and a rash appeared like I hadn't moved at all since it came and after a few days I have too much rash on my neck so maybe not ideal to wear it all day without taking it off, I want to return it but I'm not sure because it's really nice although I might sometimes wear, at least not have green around their necks.
