Review on Nutritious and Delicious Purina Beyond Simply Grain Free, Natural, Adult Indoor Dry Cat Food by Roxanne Medina

If only I knew then what I know now.

I've been using another blue Purina mix bag for YEARS which is salmon flavored but full of grains. The best I can tell is that they are yellowish light colored granules as my Siamese cat vomits them whole or worse for my Maine Coon: the liquefied other end. I did a little research and found that the problem is probably in the grain. Cats are carnivores, they literally don't need grain. So if they're in the food you're about to feed, you're doing your pets a disservice. I've tried the Pepsi Challenge from several grain-free brands, including this one, to see what my cats prefer. A bowl filled with Purina Beyond was always empty at first. Maybe not sure about the same salmon flavor they are used to, but they love it and most importantly no more vomit or runny poo! Yes, this stuff is more expensive and comes in a smaller package, but guess what? If I never have to wash my 10kg year-old Maine Coon's butt while he tries to maul me again. It's worth it.
