This camera is amazing. Does a really good job in every way. But there are two downsides. I don't like leaving it on when not in use. I turn it off Nothing bad. But when I plug it in, it should announce itself VERY loudly. PLEASE WAIT FOR INTERNET CONNECTION. PLEASE WAIT FOR INTERNET CONNECTION. INTERNET CONNECTED. simple instructions to turn down the volume that should only reflect your voice. This extra piece is EXTRA LOUD with no volume control. I tried to cover all open areas. Nothing at all. Second, the part holding the ethernet connector, SD card and POWER insert in the camera came loose. I can't figure out how to attach it. It just floats there and I can't connect it anymore. Oh third. I had a camera attached to my little twins while I was at work. I kept looking at the camera. Suddenly there were TWO viewers on my camera! I have not given anyone any information about this camera!
