Review on 🔌 BATHWA Industrial Electrical Retractable Extension by Lakeem Pickel

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No more tangled or tangled cords.

We always use an extension cord to get out of our garage to provide power for the blower or corded weeder and along the driveway and porch. That's why we bought this retractable cord reel to mount next to the garage door for quick and easy access to the power source. The ability to move in and self-move makes it a useful and time-saving addition to the garage. Included tools/hardware/accessories: instruction manual and installation steps. The cable reel is packed in a brown cardboard box with black lettering on the outside. The coil is packaged in thick plastic tubular sealed air bags that protect the coil from damage. Two wall cement anchor bolts along with 3 x 10mm hex head screws with 2 large drywall anchors for mounting. The bracket attaches to the line spool. Notable Functions and Features: The reel has a section of cord that plugs into an electrical outlet. The three prong plug is made of the same thick transparent material as the three outlet faucet. The three-prong plug also has an orange glowing indicator to show that the cord and outlets are hot or live. loosen and then slide along the cord. Once tightened it prevents the cord from retracting and allows the length I need off the spool. The circuit reset is on the side of this coil that can be pushed if a short occurs. My setup was on a 2x4 that was wall mounted for a stand. This horizontal piece was nailed to the wall studs and made to fit securely. I drilled holes in the wood and then used a 10mm wrench to tighten the screws with a small gap between the head and the wood wall. this extension coil. The bracket has keyholes so I can lift the coil up and remove it from the wall if I need to use it outside the garage. If the red stop block needs to be adjusted, a small Phillips screwdriver is required. Modifications or extra steps: I decided to tape the red plug a few times, knowing it would be on the ground or dragging on the concrete. I didn't want this piece of plastic to be jagged with sharp edges. It's not required, just my personal preference.
