Difficult to close zipper for toddler

Bought one for each of my three children at a good price. They looked great and seemed to be of good quality, the fleece could have been softer but it wasn't a deal breaker. Unfortunately, all three of my younger children struggle with the zipper. It is important to me that they can easily put their jackets on and take them off, so all jackets have been returned.
