Wow! At full power the headlight is really powerful (don't even try to look at it, trust me - I can still see smudges! - but seriously, be careful not to point it at your pet's eyes or anything when it's on full power ). When you open the box it appears to be smaller than you would expect from the picture (7 inches long, 3.5 inches in diameter), but I quickly found this to be an advantage. (No need to make room for a few "C" items!) Slim, magnetized charging cable. just super bright. To dim the flashlight, a short press of the button turns it on to the first white light setting. If you then press AND HOLD again, it will start to dim. (If you just press the button and don't hold it down, it will switch to red light mode.)
