I ordered two since my dogs have different food (one has allergies). I received the package way sooner - weeks sooner - than I expected, which was great. The packing slip said two, but I had only received one. I got a hold of customer service and in less than 24 hours, they contacted me, apologizing and asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. Within a week, I received the second one.The bag is sturdy and will be perfect for traveling! Excellent product, excellent customer service.
