WOW! This little flashlight makes a lot of light. I added this to my 46 gallon cube as an extra, but it might actually be too much light when there's a shimmery thing like that, not something you'd get from high-end bulbs, but good nonetheless. I haven't checked the PAR rating yet, but it's definitely an output of 10,000K with the whites on and has the right amount of blue for a nighttime look when my corals and green bubble anemones are glowing. I can't say if this helps coral growth, but it's worth a try. I wouldn't hesitate to put a pair of these on a large tank.
