Faulty Cartridge - Never had a problem but this seller seems to have a lot of bad reviews for this product.

I have had this printer since it was new many years ago. I've never had any problems with toner. High capacity toner lasts me a few years; and I always have one on hand for installation so I don't have downtime. It's too late to ask for a replacement. I recommend you to order from another supplier.
