I ordered this high capacity cyan toner cartridge right after installing the previous one in the printer. I always order a replacement right away so I have it on hand. It was stored in a heated room until needed and installed in mid-September 2012. But in early October, I noticed an indistinct, repeating, wavy pattern in cyan on pages whose colors required cyan toner. I only used this cartridge 40% and then it started leaving blue streaks on my printouts. I replaced it with a new cartridge from another supplier and the problem was gone. I want to contact the seller but my 30 day return period has expired and I can't contact them to see if they will fix the issue. I have had this printer since it was new many years ago. I've never had any problems with toner. High capacity toner lasts me a few years; and I always have one on hand for installation so I don't have downtime. It's too late to ask for a replacement. I recommend you to order from another supplier.

The cartridge says it's a genuine Xerox but it doesn't work properly and prints extra small spots all over the paper. Don't buy this!

Bought this a few months before installing. Unfortunately, after installing the cartridge, I encountered the "wavy line", "wavy marks" or "wavy pattern" issue that several Phaser 6180 and 6280 owners have reported on the Revain and Xerox support forums. As far as I can tell the only solution to the problem is to replace the cartridge with a new one (an expensive proposition). My advice: do not keep these cartridges. Buy them only when absolutely necessary and install them immediately.

I'm having trouble printing colors. Colors smear or even peel off the page. I figured the fuser block was probably defective so I replaced it. It was of no use. I have been using another brand of toner cartridges and as a last resort before throwing away this printer and buying a new one I decided to replace the other brand cartridges with these Xerox brand cartridges. The print cartridge produces a repeating wavy line across the printed document. When I fixed the problem, I replaced the cartridge with another new cartridge I bought from another supplier and the printed pattern disappeared. The first time I had a problem with Xerox cartridges. Toner has spilled and left marks on printouts and film inside the Phaser printer. Unfortunate timing as I had tight deadlines for the project. Awaiting a response from Shoplet regarding a refund. All other colors are ok. I hope they do everything right and give the money back!
