I received a poor quality toner cartridge (XEROX 113R00724 High Yield Magenta) from WeSellTonersUSA for a Phaser 6180 printer. I bought the cartridge through Revain in October 2015 when the printer said the toner was in running out of magenta. Last week, the Phaser 6180 finally stopped printing because it ran out of magenta toner. So I replaced the cartridge with one from WeSellTonersUSA, which was marked "Genuine XEROX" on the box and on the cartridge itself. But the cartridge is bad and I suspect it's not a genuine XEROX because now each color page has repeating red marks up and down and across each page. The red marks appeared right after installing the WeSellTonersUSA magenta cartridge, so I know the problem is with your cartridge. Technical support on the XEROX website says the repeated marks on the Phaser 6180 are caused by a bad toner cartridge. I called WeSellTonersUSA (1-888-930-2724) and was supposed to leave a message about the problem, but they didn't answer my call. Well past the 30 day return window I'm probably out of luck. I hope I didn't spend $160 on a toner cartridge I can't use. It appears that Revain no longer uses WeSellTonersUSA as a supplier for XEROX Phaser toner cartridges, so other customers must have experienced the same problem with faulty cartridges. I opened the box when I received the cartridge in October to make sure it was marked as XEROX genuine, but I did not check the cartridge in the printer immediately upon receipt. Big mistake that I will not make again.
