Been using it for about a month and a half. I have six walkie-talkies in total. Got them for my kids. They even work when my kids take them to the park and visit friends. I can contact you immediately. My younger kids are too young for a cell phone so they work great and are holding up well so far. Also, I like to use them when playing with kids. My daughter put her phone away to have fun, so that's a double bonus. Two chargers stopped working and the company's customer service representative walked me through a few steps to see if the chargers would work. Since they didn't, they sent new ones with no problem. Thank you Bella for great customer service. That is rare in today's society.
