Nope, not flattering

Unfortunately this top was not very flattering. My wife was hopeful that this would look nice with some capris for the summer. The tiers of this shirt created a moo-moo look. The neckline is very high, which made it uncomfortable. And the ruffles of the sleeves didn’t create a cap-look. This shirt looks more like it is sleeveless. The color is nice and the material feels nice. Maybe this top would look better on a teenager.
