Perfect for small breed puppies!
I have a Maltese/Poodle/Chi and everything is black. She has a very small neck and although I found a collar that fit her, it was still too heavy and bulky. I needed something that would let me know where she was at all times. Well-fitting collar. When she gets bored she tries to play with bells so I try to keep her active and playing with other toys. Keep an eye on her at all times and make sure she doesn't pull the bell. So far I am very happy with this purchase.
