This is a very nice group, seems solid, but the tools provided for resizing the group/unlinking are inadequate. I am attaching some photos to illustrate. Hairpins consist of 2 parts (they are called hairpin and collar in the video on You Tube): a thin hairpin and a slightly larger tube. The larger hose helps to secure it in the rectangular part of the limb as it has a wider bore than the H-shaped part of the limb. These tools are not small enough to fit inside the pipe. So if you try to push it out, it pushes both parts and they get stuck trying to get through the other side of the H-piece. I bent the pin and took it out somewhere in the middle but now I can't put it back in because one side is too thick for the H shaped part because the pin is stuck in the tube. I'll see what I can do with the pliers and maybe take them to a jeweler, but it all seems silly for such a cheap strap that's advertised as easily adjustable. Don't expect to resize with the tools provided.
