Useless and Ineffective Reception Vibration
Based on my observations, this so-called vibration reception device is nothing more than a useless piece of electronics. It fails to alert me whenever there's a customer who needs attention, and even when it does, the vibration isn't strong enough to be felt. The only positive thing about this product is its rechargeable battery, but that's hardly a feature worth bragging about. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk.
