Review on Rustic Farmhouse Tier Floating Shelf by Cathy Donaldson

Received the shelves over the weekend and opened the box today to find only 5/6 brackets included for mounting. I think I could just install two of the three shelves or spend more money on a different set of brackets that may or may not work. Today I contacted the seller in search of a solution to this problem. The attached photo shows the back of all three shelves with brackets inserted into the back when shipped. One of the shelves only had 1/2 brackets. Note: the shelves look pretty good. Solid wood, subtle processing. There are definitely some imperfections in the wood and finish but nothing to worry about. They have to look rustic or repurposed, and I don't mind that. I just need a different mount. Update 01/26/2021: Seller quickly sent a new bracket. Also for people who say it's just a 2x4, it's not. If you want to do it yourself you can do it, you just need to get wood, staples and wood stain. You will need to drill into each piece of wood to place the brackets and either drill, route or chisel the backs to clear the area around the brackets. Then, of course, paint the wood. I think it's a decent value. Not exceptional, but decent.
