I recently purchased a KIDPIK 2PK Pleated Skirt with Drop Yoke in White/Purple Pixie, size S, for my 7 year old daughter. While I appreciate the convenience of getting two skirts in one purchase, I have mixed feelings about this product. Let's start with the positive things. The skirts themselves are cute and well tailored. The pleats hold up well to repeated wear and washing, the dropped yoke adds an interesting design element and my daughter wore them comfortably. The purple pixie color is particularly adorable and we pair it with a variety of tops and shoes for different occasions. However, this 2PK kit has some disadvantages. First, the size is a bit off. While my daughter usually wears a size 7 or 8, the size small was a bit tight around the waist and hips. The length was also shorter than expected. Second and foremost, the white skirt arrived with a faint stain on the front. I was able to remove it with some light cleaning but was disappointed to receive an imperfect product. Overall I give the KIDPIK 2PK - White/Purple Pixie - S (7/8) pleated skirt with a falling yoke three stars. While the skirts are cute and well tailored, the sizing and quality control leave a lot to be desired. If you are interested in these skirts I would recommend evaluating them and inspecting them carefully upon arrival.
