I don't play games but I use a text editor and surf the internet a lot. I found that some fingers were sometimes very numb or stiff. Not often, but a few times so far it has worried me a bit. To salvage this situation, I have to reduce the use of the same muscles over and over again and use others instead. So I looked at another design and I love how this design uses the thumb to move forward and backward. I chose this one. When it first came out I was a little overwhelmed with all the buttons. But once plugged in, it's easy to use and feels really good in your hand. The rainbow colored lights are so beautiful that sometimes I just stop to look at them to relax. I don't use or program all the buttons, but I use the basic ones to do what I need to. so it's good enough for me. At the moment I feel this is a good solution to my hand fatigue and pain. Here are a few things to note: Mine doesn't come with any software so I did a web search and was able to download the C-18 mouse software and install it right away. The software includes Chinese, English, Japanese and German versions. I installed English. I have to turn the sensitivity down on mine. The standard setting was too fast for me. However, if you crave speed in games, you can set it to maximum. I'm using the bare minimum at the moment. See my photos for software screenshots to see where to adjust sensitivity.
