I am 5'3" tall and weigh 175 lbs. The CD tumbler is quite long at the waist and supports my weight in my stomach. I have ordered a large one. And it fits great, but due to my figure I had to go up a size to make the shirt a bit longer. I was hoping it would fit very tight around the waistband. As you can see, no. Not these Blame the product. but I had to order XL for a longer le gtg shirt. The product was as expected. it's not a tracksuit material it's a tracksuit material. Not see through. Comfortable and it's nice. I would recommend.
