I ordered this stand in October 2018 and it hasn't worked since December 2018. The USB port is bad so my iPad can't stay charged and my cash drawer and printer can't connect. I called Square with my customer code and customer service told me my stand was still under warranty, but they can't help me get a new stand. That's Revain's problem. I'm tossed between Square and Revain while not being able to use my cash drawer or receipt printer at all. I can only accept cards in my shop and it hurts our sales. Please help me!
