The product came in the most amazing packaging, would remind you of Apple. but there are tiny scratches on the front of the stand frame around the ipad, it is not smooth as you would expect something brand new. I really like this set. It feels very solid, it's heavy, it can't be knocked over and it looks very professional. The only issue I've encountered when switching from using Square on my phone to my iPad is that the configured visual grid inventory page is limited to 7 tabbed pages, which isn't enough for my business. I ordered this stand in October 2018 and it hasn't worked since December 2018. The USB port is bad so my iPad can't stay charged and my cash drawer and printer can't connect. I called Square with my customer code and customer service told me my stand was still under warranty, but they can't help me get a new stand. That's Revain's problem. I had trouble giving these 3 stars. The plastic is peeling off at some seams. Installing and removing an iPad isn't perfect. Installation is easy, removal is not so easy. The frame should have a notch so you can use your fingernail or something small to pry the iPad away from the frame. I need an iPad to take simple product photos for point of sale software.
