Review on ✨ Square Stand for Contactless and Chip (compatible with 10.2” & 10.5” iPads) by Dave Cavazos

I had trouble giving these 3 stars. The plastic is peeling off at some seams. Installing and removing an iPad isn't perfect. Installation is easy, removal is not so easy. The frame should have a notch so you can use your fingernail or something small to pry the iPad away from the frame. I need an iPad to take simple product photos for point of sale software. This is not possible with an iPad in a stand. I was tempted to modify this stand myself to better integrate with the iPad. Other than that, it's a well-functioning square pos stand. Another complaint I have with this product manufacturer is that they could make the bezel that holds the iPad interchangeable to fit other iPad generations. Square charges $50 more for the previous generation iPad stand. Of these, the previous generation iPad is a quarter inch larger, there are more of them, cheaper. Not thrilled with their marketing trap. I have an old iPad but it doesn't work with this stand.
