Review on Merrell Women's Siren Strap Q2 Active Sandal by Whitney Jones

So I'm in Honduras now and the walking made my trip pretty miserable because of the blisters these sandals gave me on the first day. Contrary to my better knowledge, I did not try these shoes on at home before coming here because I have had several pairs and have never had this problem. Basically, a diagonal strap connects to a small piece of elastic, which is then attached to a very rough piece of leather on the inside of the foot. I ended up cutting the straps as close to the sandal as possible. The whole sandal is just very cheaply made. I hope this isn't a trend.
