I have had intermittent plantar fasciitis for a year. I've tried sleeping in a corset that looks like a sleeve and couldn't "feel" it all night and could never get through the night in it. BUT THIS BRACKET IS AWESOME - it's like a cradle for my foot. As soon as I sit down in bed, I literally don't "feel" it anymore. The cushion is very comfortable, the fasteners are not felt when tightened perfectly to keep the foot still and at the angle I need. This is such a great union!
