The previous owner of our home left 4 large holes in the ceiling and left wires dangling. I had satellite speakers that came with my Yamaha receiver. I was able to fit my existing speakers into the holes in the ceiling and cover them with these grilles. My speakers sit face down on the grille. I know this isn't the best way, but now I have 5.1 surround sound and a clear ceiling for less than twenty dollars. Each grid was wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent scratches during transit. Each grille came with 8 pairs of bolts and nuts. , with white painted screw heads to match the grill. Overall a good product at a great price. I paid four to ninety-five grand each sold by Parts Express. I later found the same price on their website but with a small discount when buying 4 or more. But shipping at Revain was cheaper than on their website.
