My problems with slow fans have been solved.
Plug and play in my case. My ceiling fan has been having trouble spinning forever slowly lately. I read on the internet that the capacitor needs to be changed. I opened up the ceiling fan assembly to look at the condenser model and ordered one from Amazon. Replacing the capacitor helped. I have now restored the various speed settings on the ceiling fan.
