2 of the 4 decoration wheels arrived with the decorations spilled out of their wheel, and one wheel is stuck so I can't even turn it to get the tiny decorations out so it's basically useless. If I try to break it to get it open, all the tiny decorations will spill out and I will lose them, so instead they remain stuck in the darn wheel. VERY UNHAPPY with this purchase. Didn't see the no refund policy for this one so I am screwed. I will pay the extra dollars for the Nicole Diary brand next time over this crap. I can't even use what I paid for and lost some of the product due to the packaging.
