Review on Samsung Gear Sport Wi-Fi NFC Smartwatch, black by Ada Kiepura ᠌

The product is of poor quality, I do not advise.

So. I have long wanted a smart watch for myself, and now I have turned up the option to buy inexpensively. Bought. The first couple of days they made me happy, I played with smart chips. But then I realized that he is "smart" here is one name. There are ABSOLUTELY no useful apps. All that is available in the store is 95% of the dials (and half are also paid) and 5% of all kinds of horns and whistles. There are no normal maps, no normal applications (messengers, taxis). There are some applications from , but for some reason none of them starts. Okay, with the fact that there is no normal software for the watch, I put up with it after a couple of weeks and decided to use it just as an accessory + fitness functions (which were encouraging at first). But there was one more misfortune - the clock about DOES NOT measure the pulse normally. Here at all! No matter how I put them on, it still does not guarantee that the pulse will be measured. Here you are jogging, put on Mi Band 2 and Gear Sport. Mi band may be wrong (although I didn’t notice it), but it ALWAYS measures and you can always track whether your bullets are increasing or decreasing. What is Gear Sport doing at this time? Never mind. He can just score on your pulse for 5-10 minutes and not give out any information. And maybe regularly measure every N seconds. After a couple of these runs, I stopped relying on Gear Sport and completely returned to Mi Band 2. To be fair, there are certainly nice things - NFC. This is the only thing that works normally in this watch. The sensor is good, it is always determined. Otherwise, I strongly do not recommend the watch for purchase (because it will be difficult to resell them, after all, this is a personal accessory). It makes sense to take only if you are ready to pay ~ 15000 for the appearance + pedometer + NFC.

Pros
  • Appearance NFC payment The Samsung Health app was fun at first
Cons
  • Heart rate monitor! No normal applications Notifications also work very dumb. Photos / stickers from messengers are not visible, it is difficult to answer, it is inconvenient to print, you cannot send an audio message. The watch does not always connect to the phone, sometimes you need to go into the application and poke it to connect it. After a couple of weeks, you completely forget about these actions and use the watch as a standalone accessory.
