Works better than expected!
I bought this comforter because I am a very light sleeper and a small adult - 5ft 0in, 110lbs. Now I sleep deeply and evenly. The blanket isn't so heavy that I can't move, but it also stays in place and I feel the right weight. The blanket keeps me warm, but I'd rather sleep warm than cold. I also have hip pain at times and the weight of the blanket exerts enough pressure to relieve some of that pain. I would recommend finding the right size and weight for you as I tried the 16lb blanket and it was too heavy and uncomfortable for me.
