I bought two really flat LILLÅNGEN wall cabinets from IKEA to store my necklaces and needed an easy way to hang them. I found these hooks somewhere on the internet and decided to try them. The hooks themselves are quite close together. So if you have chains that are round at the bottom or very wide, they will overlap when you fill in all the hooks. (I bought regular clear Command hooks instead, and they are on the inside of closet doors.) If you want to hang necklaces that are made from a simple chain, these are excellent. Most of the necklaces I hang are very long and quite heavy, so I used heavier gauge white command strips that I bought separately. Since the closet is white on the inside, that wasn't a problem.
