Review on 🗄️ IKEA 401.962.41 Alex Drawer on Casters, White, 26 inch Height, 19 inch Width, 26 inch Length by Melissa Richards

The item was double boxed in such a way that the original box was destroyed to access the product. Three hours after assembly, the cabinet began to work and I began assembling the drawer. Then two of the 10 rails needed to assemble the boxes fell apart when I was removing them from the stack. Compared to the other 8, they turned out to be manufacturer errors and did not support the actions required by the box. I called IKEA and they told me they couldn't supply replacement rails as the item was discontinued. In order to get a replacement or refund I will need to repackage the £80 item at my own expense and send it to UPS for return postage.
