I don't know what it is but it's nothing short of miraculous. Moisture levels are off the charts, so fine lines are smoothed out and disappear. The smell is excellent, very light and unobtrusive, not perfumed at all. I've only been using it for the second day and it will now be a regular part of my skincare routine.
