It's easy to use for my clients as it is simple enough that they can set up themselves without asking me any questions! I dislike how hard it has been so far in getting more people using this software system; however we are working towards making things easier by adding user friendly features like chat for salespeople and also creating an app/mobile version of our website.

We have had great success from having all of our employees able to see what products each other would be interested in purchasing at once rather than waiting until their next meeting or emailing them about something else entirely. This makes us much better prepared when putting together proposals.
